The download below is a .zip file of a ClickOnce deployment (without update checking). It checks and installs .NET Framework 3.5, Microsoft Office 2007 PIAs and VSTO 3.0 Runtime if necessary (connection to the Internet during installation may be necessary).
INSTRUCTIONS:
Unzip the files to a subdirectory. Run setup.exe.
To uninstall OutlookAddInForSupport, use Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs.
Note: 'Edit Email Types' will suspend the Outlook program until you close (thus saving changes, if any) the Notepad editor.
